New England Pediatric Device Consortium (NEPDC) Announces Latest Target Challenge Opportunity

In partnership with the National Sleep Foundation and Graham’s Foundation, NEPDC is seeking novel devices that improve diagnosis & detection of pediatric apnea. To help accelerate commercialization of the winning devices, up to $60,000 in seed funding will be distributed, and each grant awardee will receive up to 200 hours of NEPDC in-kind service. Interested innovators may submit an abstract describing their device concept at any time (no later than August 1, 2015).
Please allow 5-10 days for Abstract review. If invited, full proposals will be accepted through August 10, 2015 and decisions will be announced within 3-4 weeks of due date. Additional details on the Target Challenge process and associated terms and conditions can be found within the Request for Proposal listed on the NEPDC website.
In addition to their Target Challenge, theire General Pre-Seed Grant Application Period is also OPEN until October 19th. Learn more.
Please note, You can only obtain funding from one of the seven national pediatric device consortia (PDCs). If APDC has funded your project, you will not be eligible for additional funding through NEPDC.
